Holiday Camp.
We’re running two music programs – Singers and Creators (songwriting and recording).
Run by our amazing teacher Miss Estelle – who also teaches at The Australian Girls Choir and is completing her songwriting and producing studies at The Con.
Singers: This camp will focus on developing your child’s vocal and musicianship skills. Alongside their vocal development, the camp will also include lots of movement activities and choreography, drama, speaking exercises, music theory and team-building games.
On the final day of the camp (Friday), students will have the opportunity to perform for their parents.Creators: Students will explore storytelling through songwriting. Analyse the songs they love, and develop an understanding of instrument layering, firstly with some piano basics, but also exploring other instruments using music recording software. Students will explore what goes into making beats and how to use loop tracks to recreate the sounds they love.
Students will learn how to use recording equipment (GarageBand/Logic Pro). How to use and set up a MIDI keyboard for recording, and basic editing techniques to polish and export a final track. They’ll be able to share their final track with you, family and friends! Please bring an iPad or Macbook with you for this program (if possible).

Singers Camp: 9am – 12pm
Creators Camp: 1pm – 4pm
1/2 Day Price (total for 5 days): $600 $480 (Singers or Creators – morning or afternoon session)
Full-Day Price (total for 5 days): $1100 $880 (Singers + Creators full-day camp with 1hr lunch break – 9am-4pm)
Suitable Ages: 7+ years.
Food/Drinks: Please BYO water bottle and lunch + snacks.

As spaces are limited, a payment of 50% is required to secure your child’s spot.
14 days notice is required for cancellation. If cancelled with less than 14 days to commencement the deposit is forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may exist but will be assessed on a case by case basis by us.
You can use your Creative Kids vouchers towards your total payment.
